West End Museum, Boston

September 25 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Free

Karma Kitaj, author, and Duane Lucia, director of the West End Museum, will conduct a discussion about Kitaj’s novel
Beguiled, which is set in the West End of the early 1900s. The West End was a dense multi -ethnic immigrant neighborhood, where
Jews and many others worked and lived in close proximity. Unlike other neighborhoods in large cities, the West End people get along well, even though they had markedly different backgrounds in their native countries. Kitaj will read from her book and autograph copies for guests.
